“You can’t fake this” – CNN host pushes back on Biden admin redefining ‘recession’ [VIDEO]

CNN host Kasie Hunt actually pushed back yesterday on the Biden administration trying to redefine a ‘recession’.

Kasie Hunt and her liberal analyst Chris Cillizza both agreed that while they understood politically why Team Biden was trying to nuance the definition of a recession, the reality is that these words and their definitions matter. They both suggested that you can just pretend this isn’t happening just because you don’t like it.

In other words, as Hunt said, “you can’t fake this”. And she’s right. At the end of the day people know that prices are terribly high across the board because they feel it in their wallets. No amount of lying is going to change the reality of what people are truly feeling.

While this was a short segment it is somewhat surprising that CNN is criticizing Biden, even if only for a few moments.
